The hotel name must be the Railway Hotel as in the 1911 Census it had listed a LV named Henry Harman (H.Harman is on the banner on the side of the building). The rear of the card is badly damaged. The card was posted in Seaford on 11th July in a year ending in 0 (first digit has been torn). It is possible this is 1910 but could be 1920 however there is a Henry Harman who died in 1912 with the death registered in the Wycombe district.
